  • •Pisco brandy 60ml
  • •Fresh lemon juice 30ml
  • •Simple syrup 20ml
  • •Egg white 1
  • •Angostura bitters 3 drops
  • •Ice as needed
Instructions
Step-by-step guide to perfection
  1. 1Add pisco, lemon juice, syrup and egg white to shaker
  2. 2Dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds
  3. 3Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
  4. 4Strain into coupe glass
